A talented floral demonstrator who has been part of the florist industry for some 27 years.
Neil gained his "National Diploma of Floristry" (NDSF) in 1998, and his "American Institute of Floral Design" (AIFD) in 2000. Neil was placed second at the world floristry finals in Manila, Philippines in 2000, and travels extensively both nationally and internationally, demonstrating his unique style and teaching at all levels.
He and his partner run 'The Design Element' based in Irlam, Manchester.
